Scottish Football Tips subscribers... Defo at business end of season, however lots of positions almost settled for this term and we keenly wait for play-offs. Not all done and dusted though and a select few clubs be eyeing up late push.

However much of the interest is at bottom end of the tables and these battles are more likely  to go to last games, than play-off spots or title winning plays.

Still a adventurous pick from me ( however if you have followed my picks on SFT during season we are miles ahead ) adventurous yes, but with some substance as we play on BERWICK RANGERS, draw no bet market at 4.5 (7/2).

Borderers shocked league 2 on Tuesday night (not so much of shock to me) when taking out Peterhead comprehensively. This has given them a 5 point cushion over Albion Rovers with a handful of games left.

Gaffer John Harvey must be targeting around 25pts as safety net, two more wins will do. Manager came into job in October from Junior ranks, he is working extremely hard to establish a successful model at Berwick and slowly getting there. So much so that sure he has eyes on retaining a good number of the players who featured in Tuesday's win.

They travel up country to Stirling, not easy by any means, however Stirling's own attempt at coveted 4th spot has stalled, gaffer has changed a lot, hooked players early in games and has an eye on retaining players and releasing others.

Decent opportunity knocks for the wee Rangers who will have the greater need for winning, or at least not losing.

Young players such as Robert Wilson, Jack Cook, Daryl Healey and goalkeeper Sean Brennan are all under 23 and had tough spell losing many games heavily. Andrew Forbes, Craig Hume have helped shore up defence hugely.

Others also contributing and supporters are beginning to buy into gaffer Harvey's work ethics. Difficult game and altho in ninth spot with only 19pts from 29 games Berwick will make the 2 hour trip to Stirling with bit of confidence.
