Albion Rovers v COwdenbeath Betting Preview Scottish League 1

Falkirk v Hibernian Betting Preview

Falkirk v Hibernian betting preview

Ladbrokes Scottish Championship

Location: Falkirk Community Stadium.
Date: 25th September 2015.
Time: 19:45

What a sequence of games coming up for Hibs. Starting on Tuesday night Alan Stubbs’ charges will face the three best teams in the league in the next three games.

After Falkirk away they travel to Starks’ Park to take on a Raith Rovers side still undefeated at home.

Then Rangers visit Easter Road and if they win all three they will be just five points behind the Champions elect.

A league cup quarter final tie is then sandwiched in between an away trip to Saint Mirren, the other best team in the league.

But they really can’t look any further than Tuesday Falkirk v Hibernian betting preview. Peter Houston’s Bairns may be out of form with just 1 win in 5 but at home they can go toe to toe with the best of them.

Hibs can be considered as the best of them at the moment. Since losing 1-0 to Rangers at Ibrox (a game they really could have won) they have won all but 1 game, the highlight being a fantastic 2-0 win over Aberdeen.

As far as I am concerned Hibs have the best midfield in the division and that does include Rangers. With James Keatings returning from injury at the weekend and scoring their attacking options are also plentiful.

There is plenty to like about The Hibees right now and I think they have a great chance of taking all the points on Tuesday evening.

Falkirk v Hibernian Betting Preview Betting Odds

I think there is a little value in the Hibs price of 2.1(11/10) with Coral but not a hell of a lot.

So having looked at the half-time and full-time markets for this Falkirk v Hibernian betting preview one bet seems to offer up more opportunity.

In Falkirk’s 4 home games so far in the league 3 of them have been draws at half-time. The stat is identical for Hibs’ 4 away games so a draw at half-time looks likely.

I think it will be a tight affair and backing under 0.5 first half goals at 2/1 with bet365 offers up a  little potential.

But backing draw at half-time and a Hibs win at full-time is the bet I prefer at a price of 5.4(22/5) with McBookie.

If the first part of the bet lands (draw at HT) and Hibs take the lead I will be looking to lay it off pretty quickly mind.

So for a small stake, as the price demands it and it is inherently risky, that will be my bet for this game.
