William Hill Bookmaker Review

William Hill Bookmaker Review

Perhaps it is just me but when it comes to William Hill I can take them or leave them. There is no doubting their experience, the depth of their markets and the level of trust they have built up over decades of bookmaking experience.

But I have an issue with how they deliver their product. I find their site cluttered and unappealing for the most part. While they are certainly competitive on prices I will usually take take the price elsewhere if it is matched.

Their cashout feature, to me, is often derisory. That may not be a factor so long as you are laying off elsewhere. But for punters without options it seems a little bit vulture like. Other bookmakers do seem to be beating them on that front.

As I say, it is perhaps me. I know plenty of punters who love William Hill and are very loyal to them. Their markets are as wide as any others and they have all the extra features you would expect. To be fair they probably have the best offering of extra features regarding casino and games.

Of course they also sponsor the Scottish Cup and that may deserve a little loyalty in itself. Like all the major brands they have a very big high street presence. For racing enthusiasts they have live commentaries and analysis that is a big plus.

Enhanced odds are a regular feature but don’t hang around waiting for any special sign up offers. You won’t get them. They currently offer a £25 matched bet sign up offer which is fine but also liable to change (weaken) during big events. During the Grand National or the Euros, for example.

This William Hill Bookmaker Review concludes that you can include William Hill in your bookmaker portfolio but I would look elsewhere first.
